Disinfecting

Ingredients: Motherwort, Lavender, Nettles & Lemon Peels

Instructions: This is your time. Play some relaxing music & allow yourself to be pampered by your healing herbs. Prepare for your self-care time by adding three tsp of herbs to 4 cups of water (distilled preferable).

Boil with lid for 10 min on medium heat. Steam & Enjoy as instructed by your steam protocol.
