What is Mindfulness & Little Yoga?

Mindfulness & Little Yoga introduces children to movement and breath in a way that feels fun, engaging, and completely age-appropriate. Unlike adult yoga, these sessions are rooted in play, creativity, and emotional learning rather than precision or discipline. Children move through poses by pretending to be animals, objects, or parts of nature, turning every class into a joyful, interactive adventure.

Children’s Sports-Based Strength & Conditioning at Minsu’s Healing Oasis

At Minsu’s Healing Oasis, we believe strength starts from the inside out—especially for growing bodies. Our Children’s Sports-Based Strength & Conditioning program is designed for kids ages 6 to 12 to develop coordination, confidence, and foundational fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Blending age-appropriate strength work with agility, movement skills, and mindfulness, we help young athletes thrive both on and off the field.

What is Sports-Based Strength & Conditioning for Kids?

This program introduces children to the fundamentals of physical training in a way that’s engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate. Through structured games, obstacle courses, functional movement patterns, and light resistance work, children build body awareness, improve athleticism, and learn how to move with strength and purpose.

Unlike traditional gym workouts, our sessions emphasize skill-based play and injury prevention while building a healthy relationship with fitness and movement.
